ABOUT CARDAMYST

Innovative delivery and rapid conversion with CARDAMYST™1,2

The first and only FDA-approved, self-administered prescription treatment for PSVT episodes in adults1,2
CARDAMYST nasal spray is a calcium channel blocker, designed to treat acute symptomatic episodes of PSVT.

Quickly absorbed for peak bioavailability in ~7 minutes, coupled with rapid metabolism1,3
In healthy volunteers, peak concentration of CARDAMYST in the bloodstream was reached at a median of ~7 minutes after a single dose. CARDAMYST was primarily metabolized by blood esterases and the liver, with average concentrations falling by 80% of peak value by 60 minutes.

Delivered a median time to conversion of 17 minutes vs 54 minutes with placebo1
CARDAMYST (etripamil) nasal spray restored sinus rhythm rapidly, more than 3 times faster than placebo.

Empowers patients to be ready anytime, anywhere a PSVT episode occurs1,2*†
CARDAMYST puts control of treating PSVT episodes in patients’ hands.
